Product Entry & Auction Request Guide
Instructions:
To add your product to the system and submit an auction request, please follow the steps below.
Please Note: Kindly provide complete and accurate information to help us review and approve your product as quickly as possible.

Step:01
Login & Dashboard: Click "Member" from the main menu. On the Member Login page, enter your Login ID and Password, then click "Submit." After a successful login, you will be redirected to your Member Dashboard.
Step:02
Add Product: From your Member Dashboard, click "Add Product." Complete the form with accurate information, then click "Submit." For your convenience, a sample of the product entry form is provided below for reference.
Login & Dashboard: Click "Member" from the main menu. On the Member Login page, enter your Login ID and Password, then click "Submit." After a successful login, you will be redirected to your Member Dashboard.

Add Product: From your Member Dashboard, click "Add Product." Complete the form with accurate information, then click "Submit." For your convenience, a sample of the product entry form is provided below for reference.

Step:03
Upload Product Images: 01.From your Member Dashboard, select "View Product", located below "Add Product." 02.Your submitted product will be displayed. Beside each product, you will find four options: Image, Edit, Request for Approve, and Delete. 03.Click "Image" to manage your product images. 04.Select "Add Multiple Image" to upload additional images. 05.Click "Choose Files," select one or more images of your product, and then click "Upload." 06.Kindly wait until the upload process is complete. Once the images have been uploaded successfully, you will see the confirmation message: "Success! Product image uploaded.".

Edit, Delete & Request for Approval: 01. After uploading your product images, return to the "View Product" page. 02. If you need to update any product information, click "Edit." If you wish to remove the product, click "Delete." 03. Once you have reviewed and confirmed that all information is accurate, click "Request for Approve" to submit your product for auction approval.

Edit, Delete & Request for Approval: 01. After uploading your product images, return to the "View Product" page. 02. If you need to update any product information, click "Edit." If you wish to remove the product, click "Delete." 03. Once you have reviewed and confirmed that all information is accurate, click "Request for Approve" to submit your product for auction approval.
Product Status & Tracking
After submitting your "Request for Approve," you can easily track your product's current status through the following menu options: 01.Waiting for Approve: Your product has been submitted and is awaiting review and approval by the admin team. 02.Waiting for Correction: If any information is missing or requires revision, the auction team will provide instructions in the Note section. You can view the required changes in this menu. ** How to make corrections: If the issue is related to product images, click "Image" to upload new images. For any other changes, click "Edit" to update the product information. Once all corrections have been completed, click "Request for Approve" again to resubmit your product. 03.Waiting for Auction: After your product has been approved by the admin team, it will be moved to this menu and will remain there until the auction begins. 04.Current Auction: Once the auction goes live, your product will appear in the "Current Auction" menu.

**If You Are Still Unable to Complete the Process**
01. Bidder ID 02. Bidder Name 03. Complete machine information, including specifications and any known issues or defects that will help bidders understand the machine's condition. 04. Machine photos and the Condition Report. Please place all photos and the Condition Report in a single folder, compress it into a **ZIP** file, and attach it to your email. Kindly send your email to **[info@auction.woodyengineering.com]**.
